Testing Engineer
What awaits you:
Responsible for maintenance and assembly of electrical / electronic component, Test system, instrumentation and so on.
Checking data sheets of electronic components for our products as support for purchasing.
Operation of SAP/ ERP-System (FAUF, batch entries, etc.)
Operation of measuring systems and testing the functional assemblies
Testing partly also according to circuit diagram.
Upload/download/updating software to electric device, setting, commissioning. Troubleshooting if necessary.
Create or prepare working instruction, test plan and documentation for production-line.
Coach operator and related person to use production facilities effectively.
Work closely with HQ’s OEP,OEE, OAT and other stakeholders to ensure production comply with MR’s criteria.
- Other tasks as assigned by superior.
What you bring to the table:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, major in Electronic or Electrical Engineers, or Computer Science (hardware oriented)
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Especially having work experience in a similar function or have worked in the field of assembly of electronic devices for high-voltage monitoring.
Familiar with industrial measurement acquisition and control system software. Like software Lab view, Matlab, TIA Portal and so on. Knowledge of the programming language “C” is preferred
Good at industrial electronics and instrumentation operating and calibration.
Be able to read and understand a circuit diagram. Knows well digital to analog electro circuit and analog/digital signal.
Safe handling of
- measuring systems and
- high-voltage test equipment power supplies are expected
- familiar with communication protocols RS232, RS485, ETHERNET.
- Independent, quality-conscious and conscientious work is just as natural for you as the "zero-defect strategy" towards our customers.
Can communicate in English (written and spoken).
Good Computer skills like Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, PPT, e.g…) are a must, and knowledge in SAP is desired.
Willingness to work shifts.
Electrical license/certificate is a plus.
