Finance Winter Internship - Paid

What awaits you:
- You will maintain accurate customer master data and contact information to support efficient invoicing and customer communication
- You will manage customer-specific invoicing requirements, including invoice recipients, required contacts, documentation, and international requirements
- You will maintain an overview of customer portals and ensure the appropriate processes and information are available for each customer
- You will create and maintain clear invoicing procedures by customer to ensure individual billing requirements are documented and followed
- You will communicate directly with customers to verify invoicing and payment information and follow up on past-due and upcoming invoices
What you bring to the table:
- You are currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
- You are available to participate in the full 13-week internship program
- You have strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- You have effective written and verbal communication skills
- You are comfortable working with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook
- You are motivated to learn and comfortable working independently as well as with a team
