Quality Assurance Measurement Technician

Reinhausen Inc. - Humboldt, TN - Quality Management & Safety

What awaits you:

  • You will perform receiving inspections, measurements, and first-piece inspections to confirm that supplier parts and materials meet applicable specifications
  • You will create and maintain inspection records, initial sample and test reports, calibration documentation, and other records required by the Quality Management System
  • You will identify nonconforming parts or assemblies, document quality notifications in SAP, and recommend solutions to suppliers and internal teams
  • You will collaborate with Production, Purchasing, Engineering, and Quality Assurance to resolve quality and assembly-related concerns
  • You will assess manufacturing and testing processes, provide technical guidance, and perform statistical studies to support process and product quality

What you bring to the table:

  • You have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • You have experience programming and operating coordinate measuring machines and performing gage calibration
  • You have experience in an electrical, electronic, or mechanical assembly manufacturing environment
  • You have the ability to read and understand general drawings and can learn to interpret electrical schematics and troubleshoot product defects
  • You demonstrate strong analytical, communication, teamwork, organizational, and problem-solving skills
