Warehouse Supervisor
Reinhausen Inc. - Jackson, TN - Production & Logistics
What awaits you:
- You will lead daily warehouse, shipping, and receiving operations to ensure materials and products are delivered safely, accurately, and on time
- You will supervise, coach, and develop warehouse team members while supporting performance management and workforce planning activities
- You will monitor inventory accuracy, coordinate cycle counts, and support annual inventory activities to maintain reliable stock levels
- You will drive key performance indicators (KPIs), identify improvement opportunities, and support process optimization across warehouse operations
- You will champion a safe work environment by promoting safety standards, investigating incidents, and ensuring compliance with company policies
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, transportation providers, and Human Resources to support operational and employee-related needs
What you bring to the table:
- You have a high school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree or related education is preferred
- You have several years of experience in warehouse, shipping, receiving, or logistics operations, including leadership responsibilities
- You have experience working with inventory management, material handling equipment, and warehouse processes
- You have strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills and can effectively prioritize multiple responsibilities
- You have excellent communication and team leadership skills and enjoy developing and motivating others
- You are comfortable working in a manufacturing environment and can adapt to changing operational demands, including occasional overtime and travel
