Transformer Service Project Manager
Reinhausen Inc. - Remote - Technical Service
What awaits you:
- You manage transformer service projects from quotation to execution, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction
- You lead technical sales efforts and support coordinators with complex turnkey quotations
- You oversee multiple concurrent projects and guide service teams to meet deadlines and quality standards
- You maintain project documentation, track financials, and report results to management
- You build strong client relationships and negotiate change orders effectively
What you bring to the table:
- You have a degree in Engineering or equivalent experience in transformer service and maintenance
- You bring at least 3 years of project management experience and 5+ years in technical engineering or transformer installation
- You are familiar with electrical systems wiring and metal fabrication (a plus)
- You demonstrate strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills
- You are willing to travel and can lift 35–60 lbs
