Validation Engineer
Reinhausen Inc. - Humboldt, TN - Production & Logistics
What awaits you:
- You will validate customer order configurations, technical data, wiring diagrams, and software to ensure a smooth and error-free manufacturing process
- You will analyze validation data, identify trends and recurring issues, and drive sustainable improvements to production quality
- You will support production, engineering, and quality teams by resolving complex technical questions and configuration inconsistencies
- You will coordinate engineering and configuration changes during the manufacturing process and support change management activities
- You will develop new validation tools and improve existing processes to increase efficiency, reliability, and data quality
What you bring to the table:
- You have a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- You have experience in an electrical, electronics, or mechanical manufacturing environment
- You have the ability to read and interpret technical documentation, including electrical wiring schematics
- You have experience working with SAP and are proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and enjoy working across multiple departments
- You have strong communication skills, are fluent in English, and are willing to travel occasionally as needed
