Product Engineering Electronics
您将获得:
1. Ensure error-free production for ETOS family at according plant.
2. Development of new tools and improvement of existing tools to check production orders.
3. Collect data and set standards for order check.
4. Analyses validation data to identify trends, deviations, and areas for improvement. Prepare comprehensive validation report and KPI.
5. General support of production line in case of open questions/solutions due to specialized knowledge.
6. Validate Production Data Input validation:
- Coordinate changes during the assembly process and support with specialized knowledge.
- Sustainable elimination of error patterns in the production order
- Support with the scheduling of change management cases (K-Process, AEP and AEK).
- Support all respective departments in finding solutions to complex order data quality problems.
7. Work closely with HQ’s OIE, OPA, SOx and other stakeholders to ensure product assembly processes comply with MR’s criteria.
8. Other tasks assigned if necessary.
您需要具备:
1. Bachelor’s degree, major in Mechatronics, Electronics.
2. 3 to 5 year’s experience in industrial/electrical, experience in production and troubleshooting of control cabinets and possess strong hands-on skills.
3. Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, especially wiring schematics.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office programs Excel, Word, Power Point.
5. Proficient in SAP.
6. Knowledge of an E-CAD system preferred, if has Zuken E3.seroies electrical and electronics software experience is highly preferred.
7. Familiar with electronics component, AC/DC power supply, relay, sensor, amplifier, automation control module, especially well know SIEMENS SICAM A8000 Series modules, Configurations, Communication Protocols, etc.
