What awaits you:
- Ensure error-free production for ETOS family at according plant
- Development of new tools and improvement of existing tools to check production orders
- Collect data and set standards for order check
- Analyses validation data to identify trends, deviations, and areas for improvement. Prepare comprehensive validation report and KPI
- General support of production line in case of open questions/solutions due to specialized knowledge
- Validate Production Data Input validation
- Work closely with HQ’s OIE, OPA, SOx and other stakeholders to ensure product assembly processes comply with MR’s criteria.
What you bring to the table:
- Bachelor’s degree, major in Mechatronics, Electronics
- 3 to 5 year’s experience in industrial/electrical, experience in production and troubleshooting of control cabinets and possess strong hands-on skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, especially wiring schematics
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs Excel, Word, Power Point
- Proficient in SAP
- Knowledge of an E-CAD system preferred, if has Zuken E3.seroies electrical and electronics software experience is highly preferred
- Familiar with electronics component, AC/DC power supply, relay, sensor, amplifier, automation control module, especially well know SIEMENS SICAM A8000 Series modules, Configurations, Communication Protocols, etc.
