What awaits you:
- Advising OEM customers in regard to all technical inquiries relating to the MR product range with specialized support from specialized department where necessary (e.g. in regard to substantive processing or system support). Of particular importance is the analysis and coordination of technical requirements for scheduled customer projects (e.g. design of complex applications, maintenance, replacements, etc.);
- Interpreting, clarifying, and realizing customer specifications for offers and orders, taking into account the MR delivery spectrum, with technical support from a specialized department where necessary (e.g. in regard to substantive processing or system support). Based on relevant processes, carry out technical feasibility and cost-effectiveness of customer-specific special designs;
- Cooperation with ASM in regard to the commercial clarification of offers and orders;
- Compiling, analyzing (technically and commercially), and sending offers and order confirmations for products, components, parts, and services for designated OEM customers. Commercial items (price, payment term) of the offer must follow sales guidance and be in line with the defined approval process;
- Enter customer orders and service assignments for internal processing and planning. Coordinate schedules and monitor progress during processing/implementation;
- Assisting with and monitoring delivery and invoicing;
- Provide designated OEM customers/operators with technical support and after-sales servicing. Processing of complaints and disruptions, including problem assessment, implementation of appropriate actions, follow-up, and correspondence, where necessary with technical support through specialist departments (e.g. in regard to substantive processing or system support);
- Assist with and implementing complex technological projects depending on skills and qualifications;
- Assist with and/or managing internal and intra-divisional projects;
- Make presentations regarding maintenance strategies/technical issues to customers and at conferences;
- Provide technical analyses of offers and order confirmations;
- Technical support of an ASM where necessary with customers.
What you bring to the table:
- Bachelor degree in Electric Power Systems or a related field in Electrical Engineering; or at least 3 years of related work experience in the power industry, specifically in design and technical support;
- Experience in power technology and basic knowledge of the machinery construction industry and transformers;
- Good command of English, both written and spoken;
- Understanding of processes and systems (i.e., ERP, SAP);
- Possible recruitment from Service/Customer Support with additional training depending on product knowledge (engineer, master technician);
- High team-work spirit, being positive and proactive;
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and flexibly; proactive in managing the assigned business area and tasks;
- Willingness to travel;
- Good communication skill;
- Business-oriented focus.
