Area Sales Engineer (OEM Business)

변압기제작사 대상으로 MR솔루션의 영업 전반을 담당하실 Area Sales Engineer 를 모집합니다.
Strategy & Market Development
- You will support the implementation of the MR sales strategy in your allocated countries.
- You will drive market development in close coordination with the Sales Manager.
- You will conceive and implement strategic measures aimed at securing and expanding business operations.
- You will acquire new customers and generate fresh business opportunities with existing clients.
Customer Relationship & Technical Advising
- You will improve customer acceptance of and preference for MR products by highlighting and aligning with their technical specifications.
- You will conduct regular customer visits to build, maintain, and strengthen long-term customer relationships.
- You will advise customers on technical and commercial matters, bringing in internal experts (such as Portfolio specialists, OPP, or OPS) whenever necessary.
- You will present product information and implement customer training sessions, involving specialists as needed.
Sales Operations & Project Management
- You will secure the commercial and technical accuracy of offer preparations and rigorously pursue those offers.
- You will compile, consolidate, and pursue customer projects, ensuring all data is accurately tracked in the CRM project database.
- You will lead and conduct sales negotiations to close deals effectively.
- You will carry out strategic planning processes for your designated customers.
Monitoring & Reporting
- You will review payment delays and initiate appropriate corrective measures in coordination with the ASM and the responsible Head of Sales.
- You will monitor and oversee complaint management for your designated customers and regions to ensure high satisfaction.
- You will prepare regular reports, including visit reports, market insights, and updated customer information.
What you bring to the table:
- You have a degree from a 2-year or 4-year college/university with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent (with a preference for more than 5 years of experience in power equipment sales).
- You have business-fluent English communication skills.
- You have a sales-oriented mindset and an entrepreneurial outlook.
- You have creativity and excellent skills in negotiation situations.
- You have a strong sense of personal responsibility and management skills.
- You have the willingness to travel frequently and a flexible approach to work.
- You have a confident manner when dealing with customers.
- You have a deep knowledge of relevant cultures.
