HR Specialist (m/f/d)
REİNHAUSEN ENERJİ ÇÖZÜMLERİ AN - Izmit, Kocaeli - Human Resources
What awaits you:
- You provide guidance to employees and managers on all HR-related matters across the entire talent lifecycle
- You are responsible for the recruitment and selection process, including posting jobs, screening applications, coordinating interviews, and managing onboarding and offboarding
- You process payroll for our employees in close collaboration with an external payroll and accounting service
- You support HR data management, including personnel changes and documentation, ensuring data accuracy and handling priorities flexibly when requirements change
- You ensure HR policies, regulations, and practices are followed and clearly interpreted for employees when needed
- You collaborate closely with the German headquarters and our growing regional HR team, contribute to HR-related projects, and work effectively in an intercultural environment while implementing HR initiatives locally
What you bring to the table:
- You have a relevant degree or professional qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, plus 3–5 years of professional HR experience
- You bring solid general HR knowledge and a good understanding of relevant HR legislation, ideally in a multinational setup
- You communicate confidently and empathetically across cultures and stakeholder groups, with strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
- You are comfortable working in a dynamic environment and adapt quickly when priorities change, while staying structured and reliable
- You communicate very well in English; Turkish language proficiency is essential
- You are digitally savvy and ideally familiar with HR information systems, and advanced Microsoft Office applications
