Service Technician (m/f/d)
British Transformer Components Ltd. - Telford - Technical Service
What awaits you:
- You install, commission, maintain, and repair technical systems and equipment at customer sites
- You troubleshoot faults, perform root-cause analysis, and carry out corrective actions
- You operate testing and measurement equipment to ensure proper system performance
- You support assembly, service, and maintenance activities in collaboration with internal teams
- You prepare accurate service reports and technical documentation after each assignment
- You provide professional customer support on-site and remotely while ensuring high service quality
What you bring to the table:
- You have a technical qualification (e.g. electrician, mechatronics technician or similar)
- You have hands-on experience in service, maintenance, or field operations in an industrial environment
- You understand electrical systems and can read technical drawings and documentation
- You work in a structured, independent, and solution-oriented manner
- You are customer-focused and communicate confidently in English
- You are willing to travel and hold a valid driving license
