Administrative Specialist
Traser Electromechanical Services - Ataşehir/İstanbul - Finance
What awaits you:
- You assist with basic accounting operations such as invoice tracking, data entry, and documentation.
- You coordinate with the finance team to ensure the timely processing of financial transactions.
- You manage employee expense claims and travel allowances according to company policies.
- You ensure accurate documentation and support the reimbursement process.
- You collect and verify attendance and leave data to support payroll processing.
- You prepare regular and ad‑hoc reports for the General Manager and maintain accurate records.
- You act as a liaison between departments to support communication and workflow.
- You support internal meetings, documentation, and follow‑up activities.
What you bring to the table:
- You hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- You bring at least 2 years of experience in administrative or finance‑related roles.
- You are highly organized and manage your time effectively.
- You are proficient in MS Office, especially Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
- You communicate confidently in both Turkish and English.
- You work with high attention to detail and handle confidential information responsibly.
