Technical Support & Field Supervisor

• 내부 처리 및 계획을 위한 고객 주문 및 서비스 업무 입력
• 납품 및 청구서 발행 지원 및 관리
• 고객 불만 및 클레임 관리 및 대응 / 문제 평가, 적절한 조치 이행, 후속 조치 및 고객과의 소통
• 지정된 최종 고객/운영사에게 기술 지원 및 애프터서비스 제공

• You will provide technical advisory services to end customers and operators regarding the entire MR product portfolio.
• You will be responsible for entering customer orders and service assignments into internal systems for efficient processing and planning.
• You will oversee and support the end-to-end process of product delivery and invoicing to ensure operational accuracy.
• You will manage and resolve customer complaints and claims, which includes assessing issues, implementing corrective actions, and maintaining proactive communication with clients.
• You will deliver high-quality technical support and after-sales services to designated end customers and operators.

What you bring to the table:

• 전기공학 또는 기계공학 또는 관련 공학 분야 학사 학위
• 해당 engineering 영역에서 10년~15년 수준의 경력을 보유한 자
• 변압기 & GIS 분야 경력자 우대 (Installation, Commissioning, Maintenance, Test)
• Project management 경력 및 site management 경력
• 우대높은 상황 분석 능력 및 문제 해결 능력
• 목표 지향적이며, 일에 대한 열정이 높은 자
• 동료들 과의 협업이 능숙한 자
• 영어 읽기 및 쓰기 능숙 

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, or related engineering discipline
• 10~15 years of experience in the relevant engineering field
• Preferred: Experience in installation, commissioning, maintenance, and testing of transformers and GIS (Gas Insulated Switchgear)Preferred: Project management and site management experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Goal-oriented with high motivation and passion for work
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• Fluency in written and spoken English
