Sales Engineer Services
REİNHAUSEN ENERJİ ÇÖZÜMLERİ AN - Izmit, Kocaeli - Sales & Business Development and Technical Service
What awaits you:
- You will advise customers in regard to all technical inquiries relating to the current product range with support from specialized department where necessary. This includes the analysis and coordination of technical requirements for planned customer projects (e.g. design, complex applications, maintenance, replacement, etc.) both at MR and on location, where necessary
- You will interpret, clarify and realize customer specifications for offers and orders taking into account the current delivery spectrum, with technical support from specialized department
- You will compile, analyze (technically and commercially), send and follow up on offers and order confirmations for products, components, parts and services for designated customers
- You will manage processing of simple to moderately complex equipment disruptions for designated customers including, where necessary, on-site problem assessment in accordance with the specific instructions of the Technical Service Manager.
- You will provide support to Sales Engineer Product/ Area Sales Manager in regard to all technical aspects arising from the service and product portfolio. In regard to OEM disruptions, this particularly includes providing analysis, coordination and support as well as initiating necessary measures.
What you bring to the table:
- You hold a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field
- You bring several years of experience in the Energy Sector, with a proven track record in After Sales Service
- You possess hands-on field experience with Power Transformers and On-Load Tap Changers (OLTCs)
- You are business fluent in English, capable of communicating effectively in a professional environment
- You combine a strong background in Electrical Engineering with a business-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently
- You feature a well-rounded profile with a deep understanding of organizational processes and systems
