Senior Design Engineer for transformer accessories (m/f/d)

What awaits you:
- Be part of projects as manager or subproject manager;
- Design of components for transformer accessories;
- Design of static and dynamic assemblies in conjunction with manufacturing, production and suppliers;
- Answering technical questions regarding relevant products (Sales, order processing, technical service, complaint management, customer);
- Planning and coordinating tests for technical verification;
- Part Number and BOM creation using ERP.
What you bring to the table:
- Degree in mechanical / industrial / electrical engineering;
- Several years of relevant professional experience requested;
- Very good CAD knowledge (desirable Solid Edge and AutoCAD) required;
- Knowledge of below industrial process requested:
- Die/Sand/Shell casting
- Plastic Injection molding
- Metal sheet bending
- CNC machining
- Knowledge of FEM calculations desirable;
- Knowledge of ERP logics;
- Project Management experience;
- Interest in engineering correlations;
- Enthusiasm and commitment to take on challenging tasks;
- Fluent in spoken and written English and local language (minimum B2 level);
- Problem solving and creativity are appreciated;
- Teamwork and communication skills.
