HR Business Partner

What awaits you:
- Drive organizational change and transformation initiatives in alignment with business strategy.
- Implement HR strategies that support the achievement of business objectives and organizational development.
- Partner with business leaders to develop and execute workforce planning strategies.
- Collaborate with talent acquisition partners to ensure effective recruitment and selection processes.
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes and provide all relevant employee data.
- Implement performance management processes.
- Conduct talent management initiatives including succession planning, talent pipeline and leadership development.
- Facilitate learning and development initiatives.
- Implement HR projects and initiatives within established timelines and budgets.
- Address employee relations issues and handle conflict cases.
What you bring to the table:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of solid, dedicated HR experience, preferably as an HRBP within multinational corporations.
- Proficient in English (written and spoken), with excellent communication, interpersonal, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Strong presentation skills, with the ability to design professional PPT materials and deliver clear briefings to stakeholders.
- Adaptable problem-solver, capable of handling ambiguity and shifting priorities effectively.
- High ethical standards and integrity in handling confidential information.
