Team Assistant (Technical Service)

What awaits you:
- You provide administrative and coordination support to the Technical Service team.
- You manage calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel for team members.
- You prepare service-related documentation, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- You coordinate training schedules, internal briefings, and departmental activities.
- You liaise with internal departments (HR, Finance, Sales) to ensure efficient workflow.
- You assist with onboarding new team members and maintaining departmental SOPs.
What you bring to the table:
- You have a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- You bring at least 2–3 years of administrative experience; experience in technical/engineering settings is an advantage.
- You have experience in travel management, including visa applications, travel bookings, accommodation arrangements, and coordination of travel documents.
- You possess strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- You have an excellent command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
- You are proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- You communicate effectively and have strong interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset.
- You can manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently.
- You demonstrate high integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
