Regional Team Leader Service - East
MR China Ltd. - Suzhou - Technical Service
What awaits you:
- Capable of carrying out assembly orders and servicing programs.
- Ensuring the adherence to legal framework conditions and internal process guidelines.
- Ensuring and planning staff deployment for periodic maintenance measures.
- Disciplinary management of assigned employees including the conduct of periodic employee performance reviews and departmental meetings.
- Introduction and coordination of solutions to technical and organizational problems.
- Support of other Regions, Customer Support team and AM activities if necessary.
What you bring to the table:
- Bachelor degree of Electric Power Systems or Electrical Engineering related.
- Engineer or technician with relevant experience in electrical engineering and machine construction.
- Possible recruitment from Service with additional training (technician, master) depending on product knowledge.
- PSP certification on at least 2 different types of OLTC (M+V or R) is necessary and precondition to fulfill the position.
- Good command of English (written & spoken).
- Willingness to travel.
- Assessment, prioritization and planning of customer inquiries.
