What awaits you:
Odoo Development & Implementation (70-80%)
IT Support & Network Administration (30%)
- You design, develop, and maintain Odoo modules tailored to our business processes in Fleet Management, HR, CRM, Finance, and Operations.
- You analyze workflows and implement automated processes in Odoo to increase efficiency.
- You develop backend logic in Python and frontend components using XML/QWeb for an optimal user experience.
- You integrate Odoo with third-party applications such as GPS platforms, HRMS, and payment gateways.
- You create dashboards, KPI trackers, and reports for management and operational teams.
- You optimize system performance and implement security standards.
What you bring to the table:
- You have several years of experience in developing and implementing Odoo modules, including full-stack skills (Python, XML/QWeb).
- You are experienced in integrating Odoo with external systems and optimizing performance.
- You bring practical knowledge in network administration and IT support (LAN, Wi-Fi, firewalls, hardware).
- You have experience in IT asset management and end-user support.
- You demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
- You communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken.
