System Engineer – Simulation of Electrical Networks and Devices (m/f/d)

What awaits you:
- You will conduct advanced simulation studies for industrial power networks, transmission and distribution systems, and renewable energy integration
- You will model electrical networks and devices and analyze their performance
- You will develop technical solutions to ensure power quality and voltage stability – for example, in wind farms, solar power plants, or energy storage systems
- You will support our project teams from feasibility studies to implementation and provide technical consulting to our clients
- You will document your results and contribute to the development of our products and processes
- You will actively participate in strategic projects and bring your expertise to interdisciplinary teams
What you bring to the table:
- You hold a degree in Electrical Engineering, ideally with a focus on Power Engineering or Energy Systems
- You have initial experience with simulation tools such as DIgSILENT PowerFactory, PSCAD, or RTDS
- You are familiar with grid codes or willing to dive into this topic
- You have good command of English - written and spoken
- You work independently, take ownership of your tasks, and are motivated to continuously learn and grow
- You are flexible and willing to travel occasionally
