Intern for Embedded Test Platform (m/f/d) - summer term 2026

What awaits you:

You study and learn a well-defined test platform and understand its technical details
You contribute to implementing the platform in our environment and customize features as needed
You set up TCP networks and configure remote shell access using tools like Telnet and SSH
You structure a board farm using PDUs and a client/server infrastructure
You identify and propose new features or requirements to improve test coverage, bringing creativity and ambition to the role
You create “how-to” guides and manuals, and occasionally present your implemented system to the team

What you bring to the table:

You are an enrolled student in Electrical Engineering, Embedded Software, Computer Science, or a related field
You have good knowledge of at least one distro of Linux OS (e.g. Ubuntu, Centos, Arch, Gentoo)
You are familiar with software version control and know how to use Git in a Linux environment, with some understanding of CI concepts
You have solid Python skills and are comfortable with Bash scripting, web APIs, JSON, and YAML
You are a team player and keep technical communication always open with your peers
