Material Specialist
Jiangsu MR Manufacturing Co., Ltd. - Suzhou - Production & Logistics
What awaits you:
- 1. Assist material manager to do the warehouse management;
- 2. Ensure all the material movements compliant to the procedures and keep proper documentations;
- 3. Coordination the inventory controlling including stock taking and materials qty adjustment etc…., to ensure the stock accuracy;
- 4. Assist material manager to do the material planning, communication with internal and outside partners to ensure the materials stock with a reasonable level;
- 5. Create purchase orders and place orders to suppliers and follow up the delivery schedule, and cooperate with forwarder for customs clearance issues .
- 6. Work with production dept to deal with the materials problem in production area;
- 7. Assist material manager to do the Kanban system management；
- 8. Coordination with customers to do the FG delivery planning, EVA packing process operation, FG delivery documentations preparation;
- 9. Monthly report preparation in material dept;
- 10. Other tasks assigned by material manager.
What you bring to the table:
- Bachelor degree and least 3 years working experience in logistics function
- Very good experience in ERP system usage, SAP knowledge is preferred
- Be familiar with warehouse operation
- Be familiar with material planning and controlling, know-how the skills of material planning and inventory controlling
- Customs affairs skill is a plus
- Be familiar with the ISO knowledge
- Good English communication skill, both written and spoken
- Be good at the usage of MS-Office, Excel, Word and PowerPoint etc.
