Service Support Advisor

What challenges can you expect?

You advise transformer repair shops and operators on technical inquiries related to our MR product range
You provide after-sales technical support and troubleshooting for designated customers
You support project managers with field activities, including feasibility analysis and installation coordination
You prepare and send offers and order confirmations for products and services
You coordinate schedules and monitor progress during processing, commissioning, and field service

What do we expect from you?

You have a degree in Electrical, Electromechanical, or Electronics Engineering or are a certified master technician
You bring experience from a manufacturing or similar technical environment
You are familiar with control products in the electrical transmission industry (e.g. transformer monitors, voltage controllers, load tap changers)
You understand electrical diagrams and have strong analytical skills
You are fluent in English and open to travel (10–20%)
