HR Business Partner

What challenges can you expect?

  • Drive organizational change and transformation initiatives in alignment with business strategy.
  • Implement HR strategies that support the achievement of business objectives and organizational development.
  • Partner with business leaders to develop and execute workforce planning strategies.
  • Collaborate with talent acquisition partners to ensure effective recruitment and selection processes.
  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes and provide all relevant employee data.
  • Implement performance management processes.
  • Conduct talent management initiatives including succession planning, talent pipeline and leadership development.
  • Facilitate learning and development initiatives.
  • Implement HR projects and initiatives within established timelines and budgets.
  • Address employee relations issues and handle conflict cases.

What do we expect from you?

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years of solid, dedicated HR experience, preferably as an HRBP within multinational corporations.
  • Proficient in English (written and spoken), with excellent communication, interpersonal, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Strong presentation skills, with the ability to design professional PPT materials and deliver clear briefings to stakeholders.
  • Adaptable problem-solver, capable of handling ambiguity and shifting priorities effectively.
  • High ethical standards and integrity in handling confidential information.
