What challenges can you expect?
- You ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for our manufacturing workforce
- You review timesheets and attendance records for completeness and accuracy
- You process deductions for taxes, benefits, and garnishments in compliance with labor laws
- You support periodic sales tax filings and collaborate with internal departments
- You contribute to process improvements and support other payroll-related tasks as needed

What do we expect from you?
- You have an associate’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (Bachelor’s preferred)
- You bring at least 3 years of payroll experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- You are proficient in payroll and timekeeping systems such as ADP, Kronos, UKG, or similar
- You have moderate skills in Excel and other Office programs
- You ideally have knowledge of union contracts and labor law compliance
