Mechanical Engineer Intern - Summer 2026

What challenges can you expect?

Reinhausen Manufacturing is offering a hands-on Mechanical Engineering Internship for students passionate about precision engineering and high-voltage technology. As part of our team in Humboldt, you’ll work alongside experienced engineers to support the design, testing, and optimization of mechanical components used in transformer control systems and power grid applications.

What do we expect from you?

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
Familiarity with CAD software (SolidWorks preferred) and basic mechanical design principles
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Interest in manufacturing, automation, or power systems
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
