Assembler

What challenges can you expect?

You will assemble On Load Tap Changers and Motor Drives using various tools and components
You will follow job tickets, blueprints, and work instructions using SAP
You will inspect tools and equipment daily and report any defects
You will maintain a clean and organized work area following 6S standards
You will support quality assurance through pre-audits and defect reporting

What do we expect from you?

You have a high school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.)
You bring at least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred)
You are familiar with basic assembly tools (e.g. wire cutters, crimpers, soldering tools, ratchet wrench)
You are detail-oriented and able to follow instructions precisely
You are flexible for overtime and willing to work in a team-oriented environment
