What challenges can you expect?
- You will develop and execute sales strategies to grow Reinhausen’s Components portfolio in the American market
- You will engage with OEMs, EPCs, and end users to understand their needs and present tailored solutions
- You will support pilot projects, customer events, and local marketing initiatives to increase product awareness
- You will collaborate across teams to reflect market feedback and shape product strategy

What do we expect from you?
- You have a degree in Electrical Engineering, ideally with business administration knowledge, or equivalent experience (approx. 5 years)
- You bring deep technical expertise in power systems and a strong understanding of customer applications
- You are a persuasive communicator with a proactive, sales-driven mindset
- You are comfortable working cross-functionally and managing complex stakeholder relationships
- You are willing to travel frequently (up to 70%)
