What challenges can you expect?
- You will advise end customers / operators regarding all technical inquiries relating to the MR product range with specialized support or specialized department where necessary (e.g. regarding substantive processing or system support)
- You will analyse and coordinate technical requirements for scheduled customer projects (e.g. layout, complex applications, maintenance, replacement, etc.)
- You will interpret, clarify and realize customer specifications for offers and orders considering the MR delivery spectrum, with technical support or a specialized department where necessary (e.g. regarding substantive processing or system support).
- You will review technical feasibility and cost effectiveness of customer-specific special designs by relevant processes
- You will create customer orders and service assignments for internal processing and planning
- You will coordinate schedules and monitore progress during processing / implementation
- You will assist with and monitor delivery and invoicing
- You will provide designated end customers / operators with technical support and after-sales servicing
- You will process complaints and disruptions including problem assessment, implementation of appropriate actions, follow-up and correspondence, where necessary with technical support or other specialist departments (e.g. regarding substantive processing or system support)
- You will provide technical support (substantive processing, system support)
- You will assist with and implement complex technological projects depending on skills and qualifications
- You will assist with and / or manage internal and intra-divisional projects
- You will create presentations regarding maintenance strategies / technical issues to customers and at conferences
- You will provide technical analyses of offers and order confirmations in Service area (MR GmbH or assigned subsidiaries)
What do we expect from you?
- You have an engineering degree or master technician with appropriate experience level
- You are specialized in electrical engineering
- You have at least 2 years of industry experience in energy technology, control systems, substation design, transformer design, controls or commissioning of electrical equipment
- You have basic knowledge of the machine construction industry
- You are Business-fluent in English, additional language skills are desirable
- You are sales-oriented and show an entrepreneurial attitude
- You show creativity and skills in negotiating situations
- You have the ability to evaluate, prioritize and organize customer inquiries
