Order Processor Logistics

What challenges can you expect?

  • You are responsible for ensuring seamless coordination between order processing and supply chain activities between local subsidiary, local suppliers and international headquarters
  • You coordinate the internal processing of orders, verify their accuracy and provide timely and accurate order information to internal and external suppliers
  • You manage supply chain activities to maintain inventory, negotiate pricing and monitor deliveries
  • You convert planned orders and requisitions into purchase orders, ensuring compliance with cost, quality, and lead-time requirements.
  • You negotiate with suppliers to secure high-quality materials and services at the best prices in coordination with strategic purchasing departments.
  • You monitor supplier performance for timely delivery and resolve issues with defective goods/services.
  • You monitor market changes and price trends to optimize purchasing decisions.
  • You prepare customer drawings, shop orders, and bills of materials for scheduling and production.
  • You adapt and improve models and drawings using 2D and 3D modeling tools like Solid Edge or AutoCAD.
  • You maintain accurate records of items sold, items purchased, costs, delivery times, and inventory levels.

What do we expect from you?

  • You hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or have equivalent experience.
  • You have a technical background in an electro-mechanical design or manufacturing environment with 1-2 years of experience in purchasing, logistics, supply chain management, or order processing roles.
  • You are fluent in English (mandatory) and Arabic (mandatory). German skills are an advantage.
  • You are proficient in ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and 2D/3D modeling tools.
  • You have strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise effectively with internal teams, external suppliers, and customers.
  • You can prioritize, manage multiple tasks efficiently and you have a well-organized way of working.
  • You are thorough in reviewing and processing orders and purchasing information.
  • You have a strong ability to negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms.
  • You are expected to travel locally during the business day, with occasional domestic or international travel for training, supplier visits, or conferences.
