Business Developer and Coordinator Order Processing (m/w/d) International
What challenges can you expect?
- You support the establishment of sales channels for the secondary brand in defined focus countries
- You establish and optimize the inquiry and order processing for the export business at the local Asian production sites
- You coordinate technical and commercial customer consulting for all inquiries in the assigned markets, in collaboration with the local quotation/order processing team and the sales manager, with knowledge of ongoing details
- Together with the local line organizations, you internationalize competencies, personnel, and processes for the value creation sites of the secondary brand
- You ensure the implementation of process specifications, compliance with key figures, and the use of tools in the local organizations based on business segment guidelines
- You monitor the local quotation/order processing (possibly independently carrying out process steps) by entering order-relevant data, performing technical and commercial checks, managing customer orders during processing (especially production-relevant changes), coordinating delivery dates, providing technical after-sales support, and handling customer complaints
- You coordinate the technical handling of disruptions
- You act as a quality gate and are responsible for order-related customer communication
- You participate in or lead internal and cross-departmental projects
What do we expect from you?
- You have a degree as an engineer (m/f/d) or training as a technician/master (m/f/d) with corresponding experience (electrical engineering/mechatronics)
- You have at least 3 years of experience as an order processor (m/f/d), and experience in area sales management is an advantage
- You are willing to work internationally and travel, including multi-week stays abroad; cultural professional experience in Asia is a plus
- You are open to intercultural work
- You have advanced SAP R/3 knowledge, and MS Office skills are mandatory
- You possess business-fluent English skills; additional foreign languages are preferred
- You have in-depth knowledge of the transformer product/service spectrum, which is advantageous
- You have professional experience in the logistics environment, which is desirable
- You are characterized by sales and entrepreneurial orientation, creativity, negotiation skills, personal responsibility, and customer orientation
