What challenges can you expect?
- Sie führen ein Team fachlich und disziplinarisch und tragen die Verantwortung für die Arbeitsplätze
- Zudem wirken Sie bei der Personaleinsatz- und der Investitionsplanung mit und sind der Treiber für ständige Verbesserungen
- Die Sicherstellung der Arbeitssicherheit gehört ebenso zu Ihrem Aufgabengebiet wie Termintreue und die Qualitätsüberwachung und -verbesserung
- Mitwirkung bei der Entwicklung und Einführung von neuen Verpackungen
What do we expect from you?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Techniker (m/w/d) oder Meister (m/w/d), Fachrichtung Holztechnik, Verpackungstechnik, Mechanik, Mechatronik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Idealerweise haben Sie Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitern
- Eine hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und Teamfähigkeit zeichnen Sie aus
- Gute SAP- und MS Office-Kenntnisse sowie vorteilhafterweise Englisch-Kenntnisse runden Ihr Profil ab
- Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
