What challenges can you expect?
- You will advise end customers / operators in regard to alltechnical inquiries relating to the MR product range (withspecialized support from an OPP or specializeddepartment where necessary)
- Discuss and evaluate customer requests regardingtechnical feasibility and a proposed solution
- Preplanning of service jobs to be carried out on weeklybasis
- Coordinate / analyzing safety issues related to the aftersales service and preparation of the necessarydocumentation and certification
What do we expect from you?
- You have a completed degree in Electrical Engineering with appropriate experience level and specialization in the Power Transformers domain
- Knowledge, experience and good understanding of the operation and servicing of power transformers is a must
- 3+ years of experience in a service organization
- Computer skills (Excel, Outlook, Word), SAP knowledge will be considered a plus
- You are business-fluent in English and French would be an asset
- Canadian citizenship or Permanent Resident
