Technical Order Processor

What challenges can you expect?

Check and process the technical design of customer orders and offers for our portfolio, focused on Load Tap Changers
Responsible for the transfer and further detailing of the configuration data in the order parts list with the creation of all necessary customer documents
Coordinate and answer technical customer and sales queries
Clarify and process customer-specific special designs as part of projects

What do we expect from you?

Requirements:

Degree in electrical engineering or mechanical engineering, preferably in the field of energy technology / power transformers or have completed extensive training as a technician in these fields with several years of professional experience
Knowledge of 2D / 3D design tools (like Solid Edge, Solid Works), as well as MS Office 365 and ERP skills (like SAP)
Can read electrical (single-line and control) schematics and mechanical drawings
Experience in technical order processing, manufacturing, and/or service
Independent, structured way of working and the ability to work under pressure
Good command of written and spoken English. Additional language is an advantage, especially German, Spanish, French.
