What challenges can you expect?
- Realization of the proactive sales strategies in the designated region and customers；
- Development of regional strategies and conception of measures for business expansion and market defense together with the HoS.
- Support at market introduction of solutions, products and services；
- Technical and commercial consulting of Sales Teams including Global Account Manager (GAM) as portfolio expert；
- To be involved in problem solving and proper process definition to increase efficiency, thus to improve customer satisfaction;
- Support at internal and external conferences (technical speeches, presentations, trainings)；
- Systematic collection of customer feedback and market acceptance in regard to assigned portfolio to determine required actions.
What do we expect from you?
- Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical or electrical engineering, supplemented by knowledge of business administration;
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in the power transformer area is required. Alternatively, at least 5 years of sales experience in the energy technology sector will also be considered;
- Open communication attitude;
- Business-fluent English;
- Sales-oriented, entrepreneurial outlook;
- Creativity and skill in negotiation situations;
- Personal responsibility and management skills;
- Willingness to travel and flexibility;
- A confident manner with the customer.
