What challenges can you expect?
- Secure and expand local customer relationships and business activities through proactive prospecting and networking.
- Uncover and develop new service business opportunities within the industrial and utility power sectors.
- Conduct regular visits to strengthen customer relationships and ensure satisfaction.
- Present product and service information compellingly and conduct impactful training sessions for customers, agents, and colleagues.
- Assist in preparing detailed and persuasive quotations.
- Track projects and quotations with diligent follow-up to ensure success.
- Monitor and manage complaints effectively in designated countries.
- Generate insightful reports, including visit summaries, market and customer information, and forecasts.
- Maintain close cooperation with MR international sales teams, other MR subsidiaries,
What do we expect from you?
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in power transmission and distribution transformer service and maintenance.
- Self-starter with strong motivation and drive to achieve sales targets. Effective in working with customers, agents, and colleagues.
- Strong numerical understanding, accuracy, and integrity.
- Ability to work independently, adapt to tight deadlines, and be flexible.
- Willingness to travel frequently, both locally and internationally.
- Excellent presentation abilities.
- Proficient in written and spoken Thai and English.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of SAP is a plus.
