What challenges can you expect?
- You are responsible for the promotion of mechanical accessories through active customer visits and customer support in cooperation with the regional team and headquarter.
- You are accountable to develop the company's Component business opportunities within the industrial and utility power sector, cultivate business with local transformer manufacturers for new business and, local end-users for retrofit business.
- You secure and expand the local customer relations and business activities through prospecting and networking by execute regular customer visits to build up strong customer relationships.
- You also required to present product and service information and carry out trainings for customers, agents and other co-workers
- You are expected to provide support for the preparation of quotations, including project and quotation tracking via constant follow-up
- You must monitor complaint management in the designated areas
- You need to generate regular reports (e.g. visit reports, market & customer information, forecast)
- You must maintain close cooperation with the MR international sales, other MR subsidiaries and agents
What do we expect from you?
- You must have a Bachelor Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years sales experience in the power transmission and distribution transformer service and maintenance field and/or HV switchgear, Power transformers or other key substations equipment.
- You must be a self-starter, motivated, strong drive to achieve sales target, knows how to work effectively with customers, agents and co-workers
- You must be good in numerical understanding, accuracy & integrity
- You must be able to work both collaboratively as part of a team and independently, be flexible, able to meet tight deadlines, and willing to travel frequently both locally and overseas.
- Strong presentation skills, good command of written and spoken English
- Computer Skills: MS Office, knowledge of SAP would be an advantage
