What challenges can you expect?
- Advising customers in regard to all technical inquiries relating to the dedicated product range.
- Interpreting, clarifying and realizing customer specifications for offers and orders.
- Compiling, analyzing and sending offers and order confirmations for products, components, parts and services for designated customers.
- Providing technical support and after-sales services to customers.
- Consult subsidiaries and colleagues within the MR group in technical affairs and clarification including preparation and implementation of technical trainings.
- Visit subsidiaries and customers in coordination with the MR sales network.
- Assisting with and/or managing internal and intra-divisional projects.
- Technical analysis of offers and order confirmations.
What do we expect from you?
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or any Engineering related field
- Technician with appropriate experience level
- Experience in energy technology
- Basic knowledge of the machine construction industry
- Business-fluent English
- Additional language skills desirable
- Understanding of processes and systems
- Willingness to travel
- Business-oriented focus
- Customer orientation
