What challenges can you expect?
The OPP for Components will be responsible for superior customer support, moderate level of product knowledge, troubleshooting, accurate offer and order entry in a timely manner.
Strategic tasks:
- Set goals to help understand your expectations
- Customer satisfaction
- Align strategic priorities with the vision and strategy of the company
Operative tasks:
- Creation of offers and orders in SAP
- Maintain and process customer orders and offers accurately and in a timely manner
- Check carefully inventory and product availability with customer requirements
- Check customer purchase orders are accurately described according to customer's master data
- Assist customers selecting products which meets their needs
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Coordinate with internal departments as necessary
- Handle customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
- Answering customer phone calls and meetings as needed
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks and demonstrate teamwork

Education or studies:
- High school diploma
- Certificate or Diploma in Electromechanical Engineering Technology preferred

- Working with engineering to produce orders or via phone with client/customer to work out order needs if unknown
- Answer phone calls from customers and provides fast, courteous responses to internal and external customers
- Manage daily workflow
