What challenges can you expect?
- be responsible for layout planning;
- be responsible for investment planning and procurement about machines, equipment, production resources/tools;
- be responsible for planning of new production systems and technologies (e.g. assembly technologies), their procurement and implementation;
- optimize machining, assembly, treatment and testing processes applying lean management principles;
- design of serial costs in production systems with complex work contents;
- be responsible for creating or change work instructions and test instructions (operator description sheets);
- be responsible for lay-outing of BOM / routings according to the production flow.
What do we expect from you?
- minimum high school diploma in mechanical/electrical, preferable university degree in mechanical / industrial / electrical engineering;
- at least 5 years experience in mechanical / industrial / electrical engineering;
- ability to read and interpret technical brochures specifications, drawings and wiring schematics;
- proficient in Microsoft Office programs, AutoCad and 3D design application (Solid edge preferrable);
- in-depth knowledge of LEAN tools, production and quality strategies;
- fluent in spoken and written italian and english (minimum B2 level);
- high process knowledge of manufacturing processes;
- experience in leading teams desirable;
- team work and communication skills.
