What challenges can you expect?
- Responsible for the overall operations of the MR portfolio, human resources, administration and financial control of the Company.
- Responsible for reporting to the General Manager of the subsidiary and Financial Controller in the headquarters on the financial status and the business activities in the country.
- Develop and maintain strategic business with major accounts to promote brand awareness and profitable business relationships.
- Possess very detailed product knowledge as well as thorough knowledge of client's business.
- Responsible for the direct sales process, aiming at meeting and/or exceeding sales targets.
- Lead, direct, evaluate and develop a team of professionals, highly skilled and general workers to pursue prospects, promote products, offer solutions and achieve targets.
- Responsible for the successful implementation of a strategic business plan including coordination of project with respective business units.
What do we expect from you?
- Degree in electrical engineering with additional business administration knowledge.
- 5-10 years of experience in the industry, with extensive professional experience in a management role focused on sales
- Entrepreneurial mindset, negotiation skills as well as management skills
- Business-fluent English
- Local language skills desirable
- Sales-oriented, entrepreneurial outlook
- Creativity and skill in negotiation situations
- Personal responsibility and management skills
- Willingness to travel and flexibility
- A confident manner with the customer
