Business Development Manager (m/f/d) Automation

What challenges can you expect?

  • You will work in internal project teams to coordinate customer projects from the conception phase through to implementation
  • You will develop and implement strategies to expand our market share
  • You will monitor market trends, the competition and developments in the industry
  • You represent the company at trade fairs, conferences and other industry events
  • You maintain and build sustainable relationships with key decision-makers and partners
  • You identify and address target groups in a targeted manner and use various distribution channels
  • You actively pursue business development to achieve sales targets and expand into new markets
  • You pass on market knowledge and customer feedback to product management

What do we expect from you?

  • You have a degree in engineering or in a comparable subject area
  • You have a very high willingness to travel, negotiation and presentation skills
  • You have substantial experience in business development in the energy sector, ideally with a focus on digitalization and automation solutions
  • You are characterized by a comprehensive understanding of transformers, substations and energy infrastructure
  • You have a strong will to overcome internal resistance and successfully drive projects forward
  • Independent work, excellent communication skills and a broad network in the energy sector complete your profile
