Team Assistant Sales (m/w/d) - limited contract as maternity leave replacement

Your responsibilities

  • Assistance and support in regard to content-related processing, e.g. through independent processing of documents; order processing
  • Customer correspondence, manage document delivery on the basis of specifications
  • Carry out internal and external correspondence in accordance with general guidelines (also in a prevalent foreign language)
  • Organize, book and invoice trips in accordance with company guidelines
  • Carry out general office tasks (verify completeness and accuracy of business processes, clarify factual situations and differences)

Your profile

  • Commercial Training
  • Business-fluent in French and English
  • Understanding of processes and Systems
  • Customer orientation
  • Competency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills and able to interact effectively with all levels of staff
