What challenges can you expect?
- You develop long-term sales strategies for key customers and accounts
- You identify growth opportunities in existing and new markets
- You evaluate competitor activities and adjust sales strategies to maintain a competitive edge
- You allocate resources for strategic initiatives, such as new product launches
- You negotiate high-value contracts with key clients
- You visit existing and new customers to build and maintain relationships
- You access customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services
- You respond to customer inquiries and negotiate prices and delivery times within the limits of authority
- You analyze sales data to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement
- You participate in client meetings for major deals
- You establish a regular customer visit plan and report to superiors
- You build and maintain relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders
- You represent the company at industry events and conferences.
What do we expect from you?
- You have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field
- You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar electrical business
- You possess excellent spoken and written communication skills in English
- You have proficiency in computer skills, including SAP, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Your teamwork spirit is strong and you are characterized by a positive and proactive attitude
- You are self-motivated and able to work independently
- You possess good communication skills
