Transformer Service Sales Expert

What challenges can you expect?

  • You are a transformer expert and consult customers technically and commercially in terms of transformer services.
  • You qualify the sales team colleagues on the Reinhausen Thailand service portfolio
  • You are responsible to monitor the Thai market to identify potential leads, ramp-up of the designated new and novel products and services by considering the sales strategy.
  • You actively support sales to prepare comprehensive offers related to transformer services and present to customers.
  • You qualify the sales team colleagues on the Reinhausen Thailand service portfolio, including collaboration on marketing material for the creation of locally required documentation.
  • You must lead a project team to organize, plan, schedule and execute customized service projects related to routine maintenance, retrofitting, diagnostics, troubleshooting as well as commissioning and decommissioning of transformers.  
  • You must ensure the correlation to the overall Transformer Service Management strategy and coordination with headquarters concerning ongoing and planned projects. You act as a regional interface to global service unit.
  • You are responsible for the selection of subcontractors/partners according to defined criteria, monitor the performance of the subcontractors / partners, conduct timely escalation (in the event of qualitative shortfalls and problems in cooperation), initiate timely suitable action.
  • Visit customers on own initiative in order to achieve the set goals.
  • You are required to prepare reports for the Sales Management and General Management.

What do we expect from you?

  • Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or any Engineering field
  • Basic knowledge in Mechanical Engineering
  • Project Management Professional Certification is preferred
  • Knowledge of transformers including experience related to service and commissioning
  • 5-10 years experience in Transformer Service
  • In depth experience in international project management and execution
  • Analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work in tight deadlines
  • Intercultural understanding, clear communication as well as solution orientation
  • Entrepreneurial thinking, holistic view
  • Willingness to travel
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Computer Skills : MS Office
