Preferred Education and Experience
Administrative experience in a sales or corporate environment.
• Experience typing and using computer various programs including Excel, Word and Power point.
• SAP experience preferred but not required.
• Bilingual a plus but not required.

• Assistance and support to content-relateprocessing of documents and statistics.
• Customer correspondence, manage document delivery on the basis of specifications.
• Coordinate and supervise visitors; organize, manage and optimize office operations; carry out
internal and external correspondence in accordance with general guidelines (also in a prevalent
foreign language).
• Organize, handle and monitor mail box for the superior or for the team
• Obtain and forward information from/to other locations. Organize and manage departmental and team
meetings including preparation of minutes.
• Lead and organize meetings to include communicating with caterers and hospitality industry
partners.
• Carry out general office tasks (verify completeness and accuracy of business processes, and
compile reports).
• Create files and file documents. Classify, file and monitor written documentation under observance
of relevant time periods.
