Customer Support Engineer

What challenges can you expect?

  • Recording, feedback and documentation of findings from OEM visits 
  • Analysis of the value chain of our OEM customers along the product production process
  • Implementation of training courses at our OEM customers to ensure compliance with the specifications from the operating instructions (for new and existing products, especially preventive or to eliminate error frequencies) 
  • Introduction of new products (training of assembly steps including unpacking, testing, etc.) at OEM customers 
  • Concept creation and, if necessary, implementation of actions to improve product-related assembly processes at OEM customers 
  • General product training at OEM customers 
  • Testing and commissioning of special applications in the field

What do we expect from you?

  • Engineer or technician specializing in electrical engineering with several years of professional experience 
  • Business fluent in English (additional Spanish preferable)
  • High willingness to travel 
  • Distinct customer and service orientation 
  • Strong analytical skills and systematic approach 
  • Experience in moderating and with moderation techniques
