What challenges can you expect?
- You will advise end customers / operators in regard to all technical inquiries relating to the MR product range (with specialized support from an OPP or specialized department where necessary)
- Discuss and evaluate customer requests regarding technical feasibility and a proposed solution
- Preplanning of service jobs to be carried out on weekly basis
- Coordinate / analyzing safety issues related to the after sales service and preparation of the necessary documentation and certification
What do we expect from you?
- You have completed an engineering degree and an appropiate level of experience
- With 3 years experience in the field of Energy Technology
- Computer skills (Excel, Outlook, Word), SAP knowledge will be considered a plus
- Language skill: business fluent English, additional languages will be considered a plus
- Knowledge, experience and good understanding of the operation and servicing of power transformers will be considered and evaluated as a plus
