What challenges can you expect?
- You will be responsible for advising customers / operators in regard to all technical inquiries related to the transformer control product range
- Furthermore, you will interpret, clarify and realize customer specifications for offers and orders taking into account the transformer control delivery spectrum
- You will enter customer orders and service assignments for internal processing and planning
- Thereby, you will be in charge of the coordination of schedules and the monitoring of the progress during processing / implementation including technical and commercial follow up
- In addition, you will make presentations regarding maintenance strategies / technical issues to customers and at conferences
What do we expect from you?
- At a minimum, you are a technician or engineer with appropriate experience level and product knowledge
- With a specialization in electrical engineering / mechatronics
- Furthermore, you have experience in energy technology
- And basic knowledge of the machine construction industry
- Computer skills like MS Office and experience in SAP round off your profile
- Thereby, you have a basic understanding of processes and systems
- Customer orientation and a self-driven way of working characterise you
- Swedish language is mandatory and other Nordic language is a plus
- In addition, you are willing to travel
